Change the Space for an Event

If you need to change the Space for an Event with an active reservation, you'll need to first cancel the reservation.

  1. From the Event Checklist, select Go to dashboard.

  2. Cancel the reservation.

  3. Return to the Event Checklist, Step 3: Space Creation.

  4. Select Change space. The following warning will display; select Yes, disconnect.

A warning will display: "Do you wish to proceed? This Space and its settings will no longer be tied to this event. You can find your old space under the My Spaces tab in your homepage."

  1. Select the new space. Your options include:

    1. Select a template: Use this to create a new space.

    2. Link to en existing space: Use this to select an existing space.

    3. Work with a partner: Pick a partner to design your event space.

  2. When your new Event space is ready, re-purchase your reservation.
