Refund Policy


In general, Gather does not issue refunds for unused Space Capacity. We recommend regularly modifying your subscription/reservation capacity to closely match your expected number of users, so you don’t overpay.

Our official policy differs slightly depending on whether you’ve purchased a monthly/annual subscription or a one-time reservation. This guide will explain the difference.

Monthly or Annual Subscription Refund Policy

When you decrease the Space Capacity of your subscription or cancel your subscription, the changes won’t take effect until the end of the current billing cycle. We are unable to issue refunds for the prorated amount at this time.

One-Time Reservation Refund Policy

If you decrease the Space Capacity of a one-time reservation or cancel a one-time reservation before your event begins, you will automatically be issued a full refund to your card within 5-10 business days.

Once your event has started or completed, we are unable to issue refunds even if you do not reach your max Space Capacity. For this reason, we recommend adjusting your capacity before your event begins so you don't overpay.
