Personal calendars vs space calendars

Depending on your space type, you can add either a personal calendar (visible only to you) or a space-wide calendar (visible to all members and guests in the space).


Personal Calendars

In Remote Work spaces, you can add a personal calendar using the Google or Outlook integrations. Events from your personal calendar are only visible to you.

Setup

  1. In the bottom toolbar, select Calendar.

  2. Select whether to sync via Google or Outlook.

  3. Follow the steps to log into your account and finish setup.

Note: You do not need to change your Google calendar settings to "public" to add it to your Space.


Space Calendars

In Event spaces, Admins and Moderators can add a space-wide calendar that everyone can view. This is great for sharing an agenda so everyone knows what's happening when.

To add a space-wide calendar, it must be set as "public." Find the iCal link, and add it to your Event space.
